FAQ

• All name, positions, places, etc. are to be typed, not handwritten, so it won't slow production.
• Artwork, if provided, will be camera ready or on disc. If not, the cost will be $40 per hour. 
These charges are for the designer.
• Rush charges may apply when requesting less than a week delivery time.
• If you are a tax-exempt organization, please advise and provide paperwork prior to project starting.
• All quotes provided by us will be signed by us and guaranteed for 30 days only.
• All contracts with businesses: prices are good for one year with generally a 5 percent increase 
any additional may be applied with your written acknowledgement.
• Payments are made with cash, MasterCard, Visa, money order, league check, bank check or 
personal check. 50 percent of sale price will be provided upfront before project starts. 
Any returned check will be charged a $75 processing fee.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice due to shipping and/or pricing changes from manufactures.
• If a special sample is requested, a minimal charge will be applied to your project. 
Charge will be removed if the order is made.
